CAPTain is an Internet-based personnel evaluation procedure developed in Scandinavia for utilisation in personnel consultancies. The scientific method was developed in close cooperation with the University of Stockholm, among others, and has proved itself over many years of practical application. CAPTain is used in numerous companies throughout Europe for personnel selection and development.

There are separate versions of CAPTain for executives, specialists, sales staff and university graduates or career starters.
