Disclaimer of Liability

Dear visitor

Data Collection
GET A HEAD undertakes only to collect personal data in accordance with legal regulations. On the Contact page (form), your data are transmitted via e-mail. Other data are mostly collected in the form of the connection information usually stored by web servers. This includes the access date, the accessed page or file, the browser software employed, as well as the IP address of the user. These auxiliary data are not used to infer the identity of the user. Any further processing and analysis of the auxiliary data is done anonymously, for example for statistical purposes, for the correction of errors, or for the investigation of incursion attempts. Statistical purposes include, among others, so-called clickstream analysis, which permits GET A HEAD, to analyse user behaviour on these web pages.

Transmission
Transfer of personal data, i.e. transmission to third parties, does not take place. Exceptions to this are transfer to authorised government agencies upon request and transfer to criminal justice authorities in the case of abuse of the website.

Liability for Content
The content of our pages is created with the greatest diligence. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete or up to date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with clause 6 para. 1 MDStV (Mediendienstestaatsvertrag) and clause 8 para. 1 TDG (Teledienstgesetz), pursuant to general law. However, service providers are not required to supervise the external information transmitted or stored by them, or to investigate circumstances which indicate illegal activities. Commitments to the removal or blocking of access to information pursuant to general law are unaffected. In this respect, liability only applies following receipt of notice of a concrete legal infringement. Should a legal infringement be established, we shall immediately remove the corresponding content.

Liability for Links
Our website contains links to the external websites of third parties, the content of which we cannot influence. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always liable for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were verified for possible legal infringement at the time of linkage. Unlawful content was not recognisable at the time of linkage. Permanent monitoring of the linked pages cannot be reasonably expected without concrete indication of legal infringement. Upon establishment of legal infringements, we shall immediately remove such links.

Copyright
The operators of this site attempt always to respect the copyright of others or to draw on their own resources as well as work in the public domain. The content and work created by the site operator on these pages are subject to German copyright. Contributions of third parties are denoted as such. Replication, editing, distribution and any type of utilisation beyond the limitations of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permissible for private, non-commercial use.

Data protection
To the extent that personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail address) are collected, this takes place as far as possible on a voluntary basis. The use of the site and services does not, as far as possible, require the declaration of personal data.

Your Rights as a User
According to clauses 34 and 35 of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (federal data protection law), you are entitled as a user to request particulars of the data stored by us concerning you at any time, and the purpose of this storage. Furthermore, you may order us to correct incorrect data or delete such data if the storage thereof is improper or no longer necessary.

Remark concerning the new non-discrimination law:
Thank you for your online visit and your interest in our company. Naturally, we observe the applicable law on equal treatment of the sexes (AGG – Gesetz zur Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlung).
