Establishment as one of Germany’s first function-specific recruitment consultancies with a focus on finance, accounting and controlling positions.
1997
Our consultancy range is extended to include human resources management.
2000
We are ready for a change in the company’s legal status. GET A HEAD Recruitment Consultants AG is born
2001
Further extension of our consultancy range to include sales, marketing and purchasing.
2003
We hive off personnel recruitment into a separate company and concentrate exclusively on traditional personnel consultancy.
2004
We complete our functional specialisation, committing ourselves to the areas of accountancy and finance, financial controlling, human resources management, sales and marketing, technology and engineering, IT and IT consultancy.
2006
We extend our functional specialisation by adding purchasing and logistics.
2007
GET A HEAD S.A.R.L. is opened in France as the company's foreign subsidiary.
2008
GET A HEAD launches its Pearlfisher Partners brand to focus exclusively on industry-specific top level executive search mandates in CleanTech and FMCG space.
2009
GET A HEAD continues to expand its international footprint by handling ever-increasing numbers of mandates in other European countries (Belgium, Italy, UK, etc.).
