Robert Frisinger is a Senior Consultant with GET A HEAD AG. Formerly a consultant with an internationally renowned recruitment consultancy in Hamburg, Robert has a thorough understanding of his clients’ talent requirements and quickly produces candidates compatible with their specific needs and competitive challenges. As leader of the firm's Purchasing, Logistics, Finance and Controlling practice he serves clients across all industry sectors, ranging from logistics, retail and services to real estate and asset management.
He has worked with large and medium sized national and start-up clients, identifying leadership to fill specialists and, upper management roles. Robert has successfully completed assignments for senior roles responsible for logistics, finance and controlling for various clients in the retail, service, real estate and investment banking industries.
Robert’s previous executive search experience was gained with an international recruitment consultancy where he successfully contributed to the development and growth of the Hamburg branch. In his last role he placed middle and top management executives in finance and accounting roles across all industry sectors.
A graduate of the University of Maastricht’s master’s program in International Business, Robert is a specialist in Organizational Strategy and Human Resources Management.
