Particulars:

Michael Hietsch is a Senior Consultant with GET A HEAD AG. He successfully executes interim management mandates across all industry sectors and functions. Previously in a similar function with a major international recruitment and staffing firm, Michael has a thorough understanding of his clients’ talent requirements and quickly produces candidates compatible with their specific needs and competitive challenges. Michael has access to a broad network of highly qualified interim managers with proven track records of professional excellence and is used to working to tight deadlines to supply quality candidates to his clients.

Michael’s previous professional experience was gained with one of Europe’s largest recruitment firms where he successfully established the firm’s interim management function at their Northern German hub. Prior to this, Michael served as a full-time commissioned officer in the German Army where his responsibilities included personnel assessments and analyses of leadership potential for specialists and senior officers. Michael holds a degree in Pedagogy and Business Studies from Helmut-Schmidt University in Hamburg. Happily married, he enjoys sport, traveling and reading.
