Particulars:
Matthias Zühlke is a Partner with GET A HEAD AG. He has been responsible for the successful development and growth of the firm’s Sales, Purchasing and Marketing practice since 2003 and became a shareholder in 2006. Formerly a consultant with a specialist German recruitment consultancy, Matthias has a thorough understanding of his clients’ talent requirements and quickly produces candidates compatible with their specific needs and competitive challenges. As leader of the firm's Sales, Purchasing and Marketing practice he serves clients across all industry sectors ranging from consumer goods, retail and engineering to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Additionally, Matthias is responsible for the firm’s external marketing.
Matthias’ previous professional experience was gained in the Human Resources department of a major bank where he first came into contact with the specific challenges of recruitment and selection. In his previous recruitment consultant's role Matthias successfully placed candidates in large and medium sized national and international companies predominantly in marketing and purchasing positions.
A former amateur athlete, Matthias is a passionate skier and enjoys traveling overseas with his wife and two daughters.
