Lutz Gosewisch is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of GET A HEAD AG. He advises companies on the allocation of top management positions, leads management audits and evaluates management structures. As the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, he continually strives towards the improvement and growth of the company.


Born in 1965 and a qualified economics engineer, Lutz Gosewisch spent several years working in the human resources department of an international food trading company before founding GET A HEAD’s Hamburg office in 1994. As part of his desire to develop and improve the business, he has succeeded in creating a recruitment consultancy for specialized functions. Today the range of clients varies from international and listed enterprises to medium-sized companies throughout the German speaking world.


Married with three children, Lutz enjoys sports, is a Tuscany enthusiast and endeavors to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life.
