Particulars:

Alexander Matthies is a Partner with GET A HEAD AG. He has been responsible for the successful development and growth of the firm’s Technology and Engineering practice since 2004 and became a shareholder in 2006. Formerly a consultant with a specialist German recruitment consultancy, Alexander has a thorough understanding of his clients’ talent requirements and quickly produces candidates compatible with their specific needs and competitive challenges. As leader of the firm's Technology and Engineering practice he serves clients across all industry sectors ranging from renewable energies, machine construction and engineering to the manufacturing industry.
 

Alexander’s previous professional experience was gained with one of Europe’s leading aerospace and defense companies before embarking on a career as a consultant with a specialist German recruitment consultancy focusing on sales and technology roles.

• Placement of specialists and 1st and 2d echelon executives in technology, engineering and sales/distribution positions
• Search and selection through direct search, network contacts and advertisements in print and online media
